The Vindicators in AoC

Well with 3 months till release, its time we started planning out how we will be organized, and what we will be doing. First off, lets go through the guild layout. The guild's leadership will be much different from what you've experienced in other games, and i feel its for the best. The guild will be lead by a council, with the leader (myself) at the helm. Heres a breakdown of how we're going to do it.

Guild Leader
This person is the head of the entire guild, making clutch decisions. Hes the go-to guy for just about everything, and head of the council.

The group leaders
In order to form more personal relationships and encourage a more tactical style of play, the outfit will be broken down to many groups of between 5-10 people. These smaller groups will have a leader, someone who is extremely skilled and has a vast knowledge of the game we play, and be in control of their group. These leaders will make up the rest of the council, along with the leader.

The Diplomat
This will be our contact with the outside world. This well spoken and polite person will communicate with other guilds on the server, and florish relationships or encourage war. This person will be responsible for posts on the AoC forums representing our outfit, and be a strong advisor to the council and the leader.

The council
As said before, the council will be made up of the guild leader (who will have two votes), the group leaders, and the diplomat. These members will all vote on the larger decisions the outfit has to make, like allies and going to war. This will ensure that everyone has a say in guild matters.

OTHER POSITIONS

Recruiters
We will need several people to screen and accept recruiters, and put them into groups where they will fit in. They will need to fit into several guidelines of the guild, which will be listed below.

Our initial goal
At the release of the game, our first objective will be to establish our guild/outfit and begin gaining reputation as well as experience. I want the vindies to be one of the best outfits in the game, with others envying our companionship and skill. We will level together, and as soon as possible (i want to be one of the first) we will begin construction on our city. This will open up a whole heap of new things for us to do, including business and PVE against the rival town. These are the goals we will be striving to achieve at release.
