Under 16s: trial by initiation?

I've had an idea - see THIS thread:-

If anyone does come forward in AoC who's under 16 and wants to join, tell them "Why yes, of course! please follow me to the place of ritual; there is a small ceremony to perform." We then lead them to a remote clifftop somewhere near our city in the PvP areas where three or four other Vindies are waiting, tell them to stand by the cliff edge while we intone the ritual words... then say "i dedicate this soul to Mighty Kurzgan!" and all simultaneously do our highest damage attack on them, hopefully killing instantly and throwing the corpse over the edge.

If they follow us that far then come back afterwards, laughing, they're in
