Recruitment!

I could care less who does it or if we kind of want to just go by the seat of our pants on this one...but i would like to see a recruitment thread on the age of conan web-site. I am just cutting and pasting the one from Burning Seas....if you guys want to take stuff off or add it let me know...once it's all done I'll start one going on Age of Conan...and try and keep it on page 1 or at the top of the list with your guys help!

The Vindicators have always been a mature guild in all games. This will be stepped up a notch in Pirates of the Burning Sea.

In Age of Conan the Vindicators will be a multi-race guild.

We will operate as an organized force of destruction by the following:
Once game goes gold we will set up a set our operations in PvE and PvP areas. We will strive to have both PvP and PvE cities.


We will work together and be a united organized front. Without this crucial concept we won’t be feared nor will we be successful conquers of cities. To be successful we must first show our strength in numbers and organization which will create a name for ourselves which in turn will not only keep people from attacking our city but will also increase the number of people visiting our PvE city which will bring in more money. In addition we need people who are good at diplomacy. Because of the nature of PvP games diplomacy is sometimes just as important as being the largest guild on the server. This is something that we might not need to start working on now but may need to think about in the near future(maybe a month or so before release as some guilds come and go.)

Recruitment will still be an important part in Age of Conan. The following will be the strict rules for recruitment for Vindicator members in Age of Conan.
1. Must be 16 years of age or older
2. Must be able to be on vent while playing.
3. Must sign up on the forums.
4. Must be willing to work as a team.
These rules are non-negotiable. And will be asked of each member trying to join. I would like to keep the guild in this game Mature, Very Organized, and Respected and Feared by other guilds. We may be small but we shall rule the battle fields with organization and teamwork. As of now even members already in the guild must abide by these rules to be in the AoC Chapter.

Please post additions you would like to see. And I'll clean up our charter as we go.

These were my thoughts....not necessarily what the recruitment thread would look like....look forward to hearing your suggestions and comments. I know it is 6 months away but that is still 6 months of recruiting. Not to mention there are a lot of more mature players out there that seem to join games before they come out that potently could become good assets to the Vindy AoC chapter.
