This is not a speculation thread or a beta thread, the first quote apparently is from the manual for the game and the second quote is from their forums. Anyone else a bit saddened by this? Not only is a 96 person siege a bit disheartening but the fact the BK has a 500 person cap also makes me a bit saddened.

I got excited to play because two EU members in my guild needed to mail the game to a US residence and have the codes emailed to play on a US server and since I volunteered to help out they purchased me an AoC copy as well so I was a bit excited to have something to play while beta was down... but now I fear their end game truly has little to nothing to offer me.

I have to agree with this poster. 500 may SEEM like alot but I can say that from experience in DAOC that having 1K+ people at a major fight was not uncommon.

There are only a small number of these keeps from what I understand and having them limited along with everything else really is going to kill the battles around imo.
