[Important] Sorting out VC Public Dock

I think we need to do something about the public dock. Some posts are for BBS but the vast majority are for the Vindicators as communication with our guild and gaming community is still the primary funtion of the public dock section.

It's getting confusing

Any ideas? We ned somewhere for prospective allies to post to the BBS as a whole but also maintain the area for communicating with Vindi only.
