i need help with my video card

my video card is : Foxconn - Products: Graphics Card
this week i started to use 4 or 5 alts at once and i noticed that the game runs very slow. but the processor runs only at 60 - 80%
and i fount that my video card its running at 4x bus instead at 16x
i have the latest driver for video card and bios
anyone can help me ?
