Ranking System and Mast Flags

Seems the Ranking will go as follows
Admiral - Leader -1 of these
Vice Admiral - Vice Leader -1 of these
Rear Admiral - Director 3 of these
Captain - Executive 3 of these as well
Lieutenant - Recongnized hardcore/deticated members/elder members
Midshipman - Common member

We will be making a flag for each of these ranks and each member must fly the appropriate flag.
