Our Guild Flag?

I thought this would be a great place to dicusse for those who will be playing pirates of the burning sea what we will do. The nationality flag can't be changed, we can only do a mast flag so...should it be required to be a the guild flag or personal?

We have two options:
Have our guild flag as the mast flag.

or

Have our mast flag as personal flags.

or

Have mast flag as personal flag when were not doing guild things but when we do guild wars or anything that is asked, guildies must change their mast flag to the guild flag.


Here are the advantages and disadvantages of each.

Option 1:
We will seem more of a united front. On the open seas people will see us more as a group and we will seem like a larger group. It's kind of hard to explain but having everyone have the guild flag on their mast sail will further strike fear into our enemies, because most of the time we pirates shall be traveling in wolf packs hunting the innocent rich merchants for greater amounts of gold and capturing ships.

Option 2:
We will still be feared but it might not be noticed as much as fear from the vicious Vindicator Pirate guild and insted Fear from the Elite in the Vindicators. They will still know we are Vindicators from names or word of mouth but on high seas they will fear us per person basis and not as a guild.

Option 3:
I do realize everyone wants their own personality that is why i made this 3rd option. When were at high seas they will see each person is diffrent, however when we do guild things enemies of us will notice us as a mighty force to be reconded with.

Personally I see it better to fear us as a guild as a whole which is what we want as a mercanary pirate guild. In addtion it will give advantages to newer members who hoist our flags, insted of them being like oh hey it's some n00b they will say oh shit it's the vinicators i better leave him alone. Because where there is one there is another lurking close. Note: These are things they will be saying at high seas and not at close battle. The reason being we know that they will be able to see our mast flag at high seas but it will be much harder to see the small flag if at all.
