Comp troubles

My comp is acting up and i don't know what to do.

it started when I tried to defrag my HD, it told me I needed to run chkdsk /f to fix some inconsistencies. I did, reset my comp and it ran the check, on the reboot it ran another chkdsk, rebooted and started up normally. now, every time I try to run defrag it tells me I have a chkdsk waiting to be run. And every time I turn on my comp it runs a chkdsk.

Anyone know whats going on?

On a side note, I can't get into my BIOS
