2 Must have games for the PS3?

Welp. I am looking at getting my PS3 This weekend.

I am going to get a packaged deal with my choice of 2 games...

I am more than likely going to choose gta4 as one title and I am up in the air on the other. I was looking at Resistance Fall of Man, but I am not sure.

I like RPG games, but a lot of the RPG titles for the PS3 are older release and I can get them used for cheap, so I am mainly looking at new releases.

I hate sports games, football, basketball etc... so nothing like that.

Anyway, I am open to suggestions.
