My truck got broken into a couple of weeks ago, so I had to get a new head unit. I decided on this one. Sony CDX-GT610UI In-dash car stereo reviews - CNET Reviews
It's a Sony with an Ipod hookup, a USB port and a headphone auxiliary out on the face. It will play music straight off a USB thumbdrive and controls the Ipod from the faceplate. It will also control most non Ipod MP3 players through the USB connector. The best part is, they're only $140 on Amazon.
I'll review it after I install it.
