Need a laptop

We're getting a laptop for my mom for her birthday. The only problem I'm running into is that she needs XP on it, and it's hard finding one pre-installed. Anyone know of one ready to go for under $1k? I was looking at the PC EEE 901, but I think the screen is too small. Probably need at least a 15" screen. I have about a week to make a decision.
