I've been reading all the articles on Rogers and Fidos ridiculous phone contracts. As a result, Apple will not be selling the 3G iPhone in Canada when it comes out this month.
Just a couple of questions...
1. Didn't Apple discuss with Rogers what they would charge for service when they signed the exclusivity contract?
2. Do you think refusal to sell the 3G in Canada will stong-arm Rogers into offering better packages?
3. At this point, why doesn't Apple risk a lawsuit and talk to Bell or one of the other cell phone providers about marketing the iPhone rather than lose the business from the lost sales?
