My idea for our Guild Layout

So after recently getting really into this game again, and getting really pumped up about it, I feel this is something we need to talk about. This game, as many of you know, is very complex. There will be many different aspects to it, and the layout of our guild will have to be much more complex than our usual "Leader/sub leaders/fodder".

So i've been thinkin about this for quite some time, and have proved many ideas to be worthless, but i think this one is pretty solid. Our guild (Which should be pretty large) will be involved in many different things at once, constantly involved in wars, politics, sex, crafting, territorial disputes, and leveling/sparing. To make this breakdown easier, i thought a type of divisions/platoons system should be implimented. Heres what i'm thinking.

Dark Fall Online

Council

Leader
This is the most involved, most knowledgable, and most experienced member of the guild. A long time vindie (a must, no little newb ganna be taking our reins). This person must be levelheaded, not rash, and experienced in leading a guild in a large scale game as this.**Edit** Must be well respected

Division (Platoon) leaders (Co-leaders, Council Men)
These are the co-leaders, the lords to the king. These men are highly skilled and experienced, and know their specific division. This is where the specificity kicks in. Many of the divisions will be different. Heres an example. We can have a "Scout" division which will constantly be watching and warning us of any pending attacks. Lets say Azekiel is a god crafter, he will lead up the crafting division, and help anyone that needs help with crafting. This way, when the guild needs things taken care of, the leader can simply instruct a few men (the leaders) and they will get it taken care of, rather than have to deal with 50+ people.

The Guild Members (Non council)
This will make up the remainder of the outfit. These people will be broken up into the divisions mentioned above in respect to what they would like to do/are good at in the game. Each division will consist of 10-15 people who will work as a family to get things done. This group here is really the life force of the entire outfit.




Benefits
-People will be playing with others who desire the same things in game
-People will form close relationships with their fellow platoon mates
-Better organization
-Easier for orders to be passed between leader/soldier
-More skill/speciality around you
-Everyone will know what they are doing/supposed to be doing
-Council Many people making decisions as apposed to just one. Always odd number, and majority rules
