Worst thing that could happen

I logged on to my character and found that I had 0 unlocks at all...( I am a field Commisar Silver so I should have only 2 unlocks left )
Has anybody ever had this problem and know a fix?

I hate playing with basic kits...

This may make me play alot less...EA SUCKS!
