This is an example of a good format to use when listing a practice time or scrim time. The month, date, time, and timezone are all listed in the Topic.

The entire topic should be stickied, and the body of the post should contain information about whom we are scrimming against, or what the practice will consist of.

Meeting details (Both Ventrilo and in-game) should also be included here. Note how a poll has also been included. This is a much neater way of ascertaining exactly who can or cannot come to a particular event numerically. Optionally, also ask people to reply with a confirm/deny, so whoever is organizing can get a list of names up.

If we register with TWL, players will sign up individually on the TWL website as well. Including a link to the TWL matchup in this will also be nececary to help soldiers signup officially. If they do not sign up with the ladder, they will be exempted from play, or it can be used as grounds for the opposing team to contest the validity of the match if you do win.

(Note, this is just an example formatting for making events in the forums such that it is clear to everyone. Feel free to delete this if it is unhelpful.)
