New option to donate monthly

We have added new functionality to our paypal donations system, allowing you to donate a small amount to the community on a monthly basis.

This will ensure that our ventrilo and website remain online, and any excess funds will be put into paying for competition prizes, raffles and perhaps game servers for the community.

People who donate with this method will really be helping the community, and to reflect this they will recieve a number of perks, including among other things an expanded private message inbox.
