Blackbird setup

This is the setup that I am going for as I wait to have somethin else:

Cost ~10M

Blackbird, PvP Support, small gang

Hi:
2 x Assault launcher
2 x Medium NOS

Mid:
3 x Named Multispec ECM
1 x Web
1 x 20km Scram (I put in the 7.5km as i have 20km i can use as well)
1 x 10mn AB

Low:
Sensor Booster
Medium Armour Repper
