Recruitment

Well here is what im going to do. Lets see what happens. For starters I am looking for a recruiter and im willing to pay 20,000,000 isk for a person that finds me a recruiter. The 20,000,000 will be broke down as follows 10,000,000 after the recruiter recruits 5 new recruits. 10,000,000 after the recruiter stays 30 days. If we can get a good recruiter in here this will pay for itself.
Now here is what will make finding a recruiter easier, I am willing to pay a recruiter 1,000,000 isk for each new recruit. If this works and we start getting recruits in here I will set bonuses in place for recruiters for recruits that became active members.
